How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping: 8–20 business days. Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, send us a photo or video proof and we will send a replacement free of charge.
My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?
